A Crystal Healing session involves setting an intention for what you would like to achieve in a healing session and laying crystals on and around the body to absorb and work with their energies.
Crystals are powerful tools that can help to release stagnant energy so that you can move forward, calm and quiet the mind, help to release emotions, gaining clarity and understanding, as well as being excellent meditation aids.​

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive way to approach healing and wellness. Reiki involves both hands on and hands above the body to allow positive energy to flow into the body.
Reiki can clear and align the chakras, clear stuck energy, release emotional blocks, enhance your intuition and spiritual senses, relieve pain, promote relaxation and inner peace and help you understand what is occurring within you.

Card Readings
Card readings offer general guidance to help you understand how you can create positive change in the here and now so that you can move forward. They can help you understand the current situation and help to connect you to your guides. Please note our readings do not contain any future predictions.

Reiki and Card Reading Session
This session combines a 20 min card reading with a 40 mins Reiki Healing Session to incorporate the cards into the healing. The Card Reading allows you to explore a situation more deeply and gain clarity and understanding. By using the cards within the Reiki Healing session we can help to heal the situation as well your own self and focus the session on that area.​
